Form Intel, LLC takes reasonable, layered measures to protect creative.formintel.co and the information visitors submit through it. This page describes the Site's security posture in plain terms.
1. Infrastructure
The Site is hosted on Vercel and served exclusively over HTTPS. HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) is enabled, and requests are automatically upgraded to secure connections.
2. Browser Protections
Every response carries a restrictive Content Security Policy that limits scripts, styles, fonts, images, and network connections to the Site's own origin. The Site sets frame-ancestors to none (it cannot be embedded in other sites), disables MIME-type sniffing, restricts referrer information, and declines browser features it does not use, such as camera, microphone, and geolocation.
3. Data Handling
The Site collects only what its forms ask for. Submissions are delivered to our engagement pipeline and to a notification inbox over encrypted connections; the Site itself operates no database of visitor information. Form endpoints are rate-limited and protected against automated abuse.
4. Third Parties
We rely on a small number of vetted providers: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and monday.com (inquiry management). Each processes information only to provide its service to us. See our Privacy Policy at creative.formintel.co/privacy for details.
5. Reporting a Vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability affecting the Site, please report it to security@formintel.co with enough detail for us to reproduce the issue. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before public disclosure, and we will acknowledge verified reports within five (5) business days. Please do not access, modify, or retain data that is not yours in the course of research.
6. Scope
This statement covers the public website at creative.formintel.co. Client engagements involving additional systems carry their own security terms in the engagement agreement.
